Rocks Wine (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd, together with Jointek Food and Wine held a Spanish Wine Banquet on April 25. Over 40 wine hobbyists and famous sommeliers joined the banquet. The organizer shared, with all participants, Spanish wines, Iberian ham and traditional Chinese food.
Lots of wines from famous wine regions in Spain were presented in the banquet, e.g. Valdelana Reserva Red and Valdelana Cosecha Red produced in D.O.C. Rioja, Valsotillo Red Reserva produced in D.O.C. Ribera del Duero etc.
During the banquet, Wilson Lee, CEO of Rocks Wine, introduced the famous wine regions in Spain, while Tony, the famous sommelier of Jointek, shared the tips of tasting wine, and recommended the perfect match of foods and wines. The sharing of Wilson and Tony gave all participants a new understanding of the Spanish diet culture.
The banquet provided a platform for participants to know more about Spanish foods and wines. It combined traditional Chinese foods with wines. Many participants liked this new combination, and showed their interests in Spanish wines and foods.
